Carlos is great. When our AC started a slow water drip from one of our vents, home owners insurance sent 3 different techs to our house. The first told us to replace the unit. The second and third never showed up. Carlos came right over and thoroughly investigated what the problem was. He ended up saving us thousands of dollars by not replacing our unit. Cannot recommend him enough.
